I fell in love with yoga the moment I stepped onto the mat. It brings me a sense of connection and balance that feels like coming home. In a world where change is the only constant yoga offers me an anchor to ground and then navigate the ebb and flow of life with strength and compassion.
My yoga practice has taken me from the Peak District to Ibiza, London, Vancouver and most recently to Patagonia. I am ever grateful for the wealth of teachings I have received and the people I’ve met along the way. I believe yoga is a continual practice of learning and shape shifting and I continue to be inspired by and learn from my teachers Ana Muriel, Maurizio Marmorato and Amy Clay.
I trained with Suzanne Faith in Anusara Yoga (200 hours RYT). My classes fuse mindful movement with the power of the breath and heartfelt intention. I support students of all levels to raise their awareness and feel empowered. I am always amazed how yoga has the potential to move our bodies and minds to realms we perhaps never thought possible.
I am inspired by nature and the healing power of being outside and connecting to the earth. I love to travel and am known as a chaser of exceptional sunsets! When I’m not practicing yoga I can be found seeking freedom on two wheels cycling around the Peak District or in a garden/up a mountain/on a beach or occasionally in a city drinking coffee.
